How are surfboards packaged for shipping?
We take extreme care with our boards. Each surfboard is wrapped in heavy-duty bubble wrap, fitted with reinforced nose and tail protectors, and shipped in a double-walled corrugated cardboard box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
What is your return policy on wetsuits?
Wetsuits can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in brand-new condition with all original tags attached and have not been used in the water.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship apparel and most accessories worldwide. However, due to size constraints and shipping costs, surfboards are currently only available for shipping within the continental United States.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Absolutely. Select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout. You will receive an email notification as soon as your items are ready for collection at our Encinitas location.
What happens if my surfboard arrives damaged?
Please inspect your board immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, do not sign for the package. Note the damage on the freight bill and contact our customer service team within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.
