At Hansen Surfboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; if for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Please note that surfboards and custom orders are final sale to ensure the highest quality for all our athletes.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in new, resellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or choose your own preferred shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
